I love all sorts of travel; jetting off to an exciting, far-flung destination is always a thrill but hopping in the car and visiting a town closer to home where an odd tradition or festival is taking place can be just as fun. Near or far there’s always something unexpected to see, an interesting conversation to have or a memory in the making.
I’ll be sharing my travels to places far away and closer to home. I love to take photographs so there’ll be lot of images; I’ll include useful travel tips that I’ve picked up along the way and hope to inspire your own wanderlust. I grew up just outside Brighton on the Sussex Coast in the UK which is probably the reason I never like to be too far away from the sea. I work as an event organiser and often travel with my job. I work full-time so I’m not an ‘on-the-road’ blogger and fit my passion for travel around my family, my friends and my work.
